Unlock your job scheduling report power tool!
We get how valuable it is to service businesses to be able to run detailed job scheduling reports. Since Wink launched the ServiceM8 reports integration in 2015, one of the most popular requests from our users has been for their ServiceM8 dashboards to outline upcoming jobs schedules. So, of course, we hopped to it.
You’ve got two standard Wink Reports available to you for this purpose:
- ServiceM8 Jobs Scheduled
- ServiceM8 Value of Jobs Scheduled by Category
Access the ServiceM8 Jobs Scheduled report
Like all Wink Reports, this one comes with two elements: a dashlet that appears on the dashboard; and, drilling down from the dashboard, a list of all your job details. Check out the samples below of a dashlet and the available settings on the drill-down detailed version of the report.
ServiceM8 Value of Jobs Scheduled by Category
This report also contains a dashlet and drill-down elements but it comes with more detail than the ServiceM8 Jobs Scheduled option. Below is a sample of the dashlet (with the same drill-down settings as above).
What’s great about both of these standard reports is that you can also filter the date range in order to report into the future! The filter feature has the flexibility to let you add the dashlet multiple times to a single dashboard and filter each option for a different date range. This, in turn, allows you to forecast when your technicians may run out of work – all on the one screen.
Power up your reporting tool
Use it in combination with all your other ServiceM8 metrics, and the scheduling reports become a power tool for forward scheduling your entire business. Even better: use the report multiple times - it only counts as one standard Wink report, leaving you with nine more reports to set up and add to your dashboard.
