Our Plans and Pricing Explained
Wink’s plans are getting an upgrade! Our new pricing is based on usage rather than what features you can access, so you’ll get more of our best features in every plan and pay for what you use. Whether your organization is big or small, you can now access Wink’s most valuable analytics tools and unlock the competitive advantage of data-informed decisions.
Our updated plans have fresh names and we’ve introduced a brand new tier called Starter, which is aimed at small teams that need less frequent data updates.
These customer favorites are unchanged:
- You can still pay monthly or annually
- You can still save a whopping 20% to 30% off annual plans
- If you change plans, we still carry across any credit from the old to new
- There’s still no lock in contract - cancel any time
Our old pricing structure
Until September 2023, you could choose from three plans and pricing was based on the features included - for example, customers could only access two of our most valuable features on Professional and Enterprise plans:

Some Wink features are universally helpful to decision makers, whether they need to keep a close eye on labor productivity and material wastage, or predict seasonal fluctuations in demand. For large and small businesses, these features provide pathways to growth:
1. Merge Reports: combine data sources from within operating software, like ServiceTitan or simPRO, or between software sources, like ServiceM8 and Xero. Being able to merge data sources helps uncover the whole picture, assessing data from multiple angles to uncover practical, applicable business intelligence.
2. Automations: use data from operational software to trigger a workflow, such as automatically creating warehouse pick lists when customers orders are ready to fulfill. These automated workflows save your staff time on repetitive tasks and reduce human errors.
We wanted to find a way to link pricing to how much an organization used these key features, rather than creating price point barriers to access them.
Why are we updating our pricing?
We want to provide our customers with the features that help them gain a fuller picture of the business intelligence in their data, which helps them grow their businesses sustainably. We wanted usage of features to determine cost, and create a natural pathway for businesses to expand their usage as they grow and also reduce their costs in lean trading conditions.
We also wanted to introduce a new, low cost entry point into Wink for small businesses that value the power of data-driven decisions, but are locked out of most analytics tools by the barrier of cost. They still need access to our best features if Wink is going to help them grow, but they can definitely dial down their usage as a smaller operation, which became the key to our new Starter plan.
What are the new plans and pricing?
There are three new plans: Starter, Standard and Dominate, plus our Enterprise plan, which is quoted on request and suits large, complex organizations. Here’s a brief overview of the new plans - see the full detail here:

What is data sync frequency? This is how often we fetch data from your connected software integrations to update your reports. The more frequently we sync, the more up-to-date the data in your reports will be at any decision-making moment. Some APIs (the interface from your business software to Wink) limit how often data syncs can happen, which is why some cannot be instant, but max out at every 15 minutes. Unfortunately, this isn't a limit that you or Wink controls.
What is data retention? This is the time period that we retain historical data to report on changes over time in your business (like predicting seasonal trends). More time means more data, which means more accurate insights on fluctuating trends over time. This may be especially important to inventory managers who need to predict future stock demands and cash flow based on past performance.
What are integrations? These are the software tools you connect to your Wink account. The more software tools you connect, the richer and more detailed your report insights will be. We offer 25+ ready-made integrations. Just like our old plans, we don't count connections to File Import and non-reporting sources, like OpenAI, in your integration usage limit.
How will this affect existing customers?
The new plans and usage limits will not affect existing customers subscribed to our old plans.
In the interest of transparency, existing customers will be able to see the new usage tracking dashboard on their Billing page. If their average monthly usage is within the same price point as a new plan, and the new plan gives them access to additional features, they can choose to change over to the new plan to gain more value for the same cost.
There are no surcharges to change plans and any credit remaining in the current plan will be moved across to the new plan automatically.
Our goal is for existing customers to take advantage of the new plans if it suits their needs, or stick with the old plans if that works better for them. Over time, we anticipate most customers will change over to the new plans to gain more features once they feel confident about their average monthly usage.
